EVALUATION

0.         Do an eval to improve an existing scene,  to remedy a worsening scene,  to reinforce an expansion.

00.         Policies that apply (after you find the WHY)

1.)          Gather stats of production, service and any organization or establishment factors cluding money income and disbursements

2.)          Analyse stats. If no stats you have a beginning sit. Conditional situation according to the purpose of the activity and its ideal scene.

3.)    Gather data about activity, past and existing scene .

4.)          Analyse the data for Outpoints / Pluspoints and put them into their categories or divisions. Note the outpoint and the area it belongs to. If no orgboard use factors
         of production, organization and establishment, Quantity, quality and viability.(Functions of orgboard).

5.)          Count up the outpoints / pluspoints by category or division. Use boxes with marks. Get data till majority of data shows in one category. (One is going to exceed the others by far.)

6.)          State ideal scene for that area you have the most outpoints / pluspoints in Boxes.

7.)     Write the (real) situation

8.)     Further investigate that area.   (By close observation)

9.)          Put those outpoints of that area in another box (with people/ Hats/ functions)         

10.)      From this find the “Major Depature from the Ideal Scene”, which holds all the rest. The Why.

11.)      State the WHY. (Word it correctly for reality to bring back the ideal scene)

12.)       State the “ETHICS WHY”. (Reason that the guy was able to do this in the first place.)

13.)    ETHICS WHO

14.)       State the ideal scene based on the correction of the WHY

15.)       Resources for handling, need to handle, capability for handling

16.)       The bright idea (Which makes the operation go smooth and easy)

17.)       Handling steps (assign each step to a terminal):

I.             ALWAYS production target

II.            Project

III.          Mission

IV.          Handle the ethics Who and Why

V.           Series of Org/ Prod/ Esto targets improve QQV and personnel

18.)       Make sure your handling is consistent with your eval and handles the outpoints     

 

19.)       Make sure all the handlings do not violate existing successful policy for the activity.

20.)   Review targets

21.)       If you do not get an instant resurgence towards the ideal scene and review targets do not indicate that you made the wrong why and the
         handling is going well, then do supplementary evals i.e. by relay-points, by echelons etc.
